Vision

Promote Quality in higher education and certification bodies  and  promote a world in which quality Higher Education is accessible and available to all gender, creed, age, race, Society and promoting all forms of education sustainability.

Our values

The core value are:
   1.  Achieving quality Assurance in universal third  education
   2.  Eliminating gender disparities in education
   3.  Using distance learning to overcome barriers
   4.   Supporting education in difficult circumstances
   5.   Sets standards and oversees education

Our guiding principles

We are a international organization committed to respecting the following principles:

1. we will work cooperatively with all individuals and groups, governments and international bodies committed to promote quality education, subject only to the policies and priorities set by our international governing bodies .

2. We will be democratic, non-religious, politically non partisan and non sectarian in our work.

3. We will only accept funding that does not compromise our ability to address issues freely.

4. We will provide accurate and timely reports of our activities to our stakeholders as required .

5. We will respect and encourage respect for fundamental rights and freedoms of Learning.

6. we are committed to working with and working through regional and national chapters’ globally.
